The second is Epitome, a brand folio that goes five psychological layers deep into your history, your buyers, your place in the market, and the storylines that tie it all together. If you need something beyond this suite, our add-on menu is fully stocked and waiting on standby.

The design and copy are all created in-house, by us. We've seen what the shortcuts produce and honestly, we're not interested. We learned this craft on purpose and we practice it the same way.

Here’s How it Works

  • Phase one begins with your external brand. It helps visually articulate your essence and capture the attention of your right people. Think of it as your brand’s first impression.

    Start by reserving your one of a kind identity suite from our collection. Your selection will be customized to your specifications. Our process drastically reduces the time spent crafting from scratch and thus, your investment. Your completed visual identity will be delivered in a single, easy to use folio.

  • Choose a logo from our extensive library. Our design brief will collect all the information we need to customize your new logo and design suite to your exact specifications. While most agencies offer a single logo, our package includes three different variations of your logo to use as you see fit. We'll even add a tagline to your logo if you've got one. In addition to your logo you'll receive a monogram, pattern, and a sub-mark. It truly is a complete visual brand identity,

  • Your package includes a custom palette, shaped around how you want your brand to be experienced. We can work with whatever you have, whether you’re already committed to a palette, have something that feels close (but not quite right), or still need something from scratch. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll refine or build a palette that feels intentional, distinctive, and entirely your own.

  • We'll finish with your font hierarchy. This is a customized selection of fonts that work both individually as well as stacked together to visually drive your written messages home. Your typography choices are pivotal, each with a unique personality and job. We can work with an existing typography suite or create something just for you.

PHASE 1: ON YOUR MARK

We'll bring your entire visual design suite together into a stunning design folio you can refer to again and again. This folio includes your entire logo suite, a sub-mark, a monogram, your custom color palette and font hierarchy. Lean on it whenever you develop marketing assets, social media posts, packaging, and across all other public-facing brand touchpoints.

PHASE 2: YOUR BRAND BRIEF

Your Founder’s Folio is an in-depth chronicle of the most important and compelling assets your brand has. It’s a semi-psychological profile that goes five layers deep. This is the document your brand has always needed, but never had. It surfaces the compelling and heartfelt truths that sit beneath everything you make, sell, say, and do. It’s what sets you apart and makes you impossible to ignore.

  • We begin with our very own in-depth discovery form. Perfected over 25 years, it asks questions you’ve probably never been asked about yourself. A brand intake form so unique, we keep it locked down and password protected. These questions will help us glean everything we need to develop a brand that looks and feels exactly like you while paying homage to your work, your history, your personality, and your road ahead.

  • Most businesses know what they do, but almost none of them can tell you why it actually matters. This is the real reason your business exists, stripped of marketing language and stated with enough conviction that a stranger would trust you before they've ever met you.

  • Whether a trade, a place, a material, a person, there’s something that connects what you do now to something that came before. Continuity like that carries a kind of trust most brands leave unspoken. The Heritage Thread identifies it and pulls it through the rest of the work.

  • Your customers think they're buying your product or service, but they're not. The Buyer Psychology layer details what it is they're actually purchasing, which is the deeper need driving the decision. Being able to understand this changes everything from pricing to positioning and everything in between.

  • Proof points only work when they’re presented properly, and in the right order. Your Credibility Architecture is your specific evidence arranged as a psychological sequence. This is the exact progression that moves a stranger from curiosity to conviction without the hard sell.

  • Every brand has more than one true story. Most people usually lean on the safest one and leave the rest on the table. The Story Map teases 4-5 angles already living inside your brand and shows you which one to use, when to use it, and how to open with it.
