We work with three kinds of people. Those who make something the world can hold. These include objects, goods, experiences, places where the craft is visible and the standard is personal. The are the ones who carry something you can’t buy, like: mastery accumulated over years, knowledge passed down or hard-won, a way of doing things that exists because they exist. And those who keep something the world keeps almost losing, like techniques, materials, and trades that survive only because someone decided they would. What they all share is this: their work has a provenance. It didn't come from a template. It came from somewhere, and that origin is the brand. We build identities worthy of all three.

We anticipate your project will take between 1-2 weeks. To maintain a high level of focus and integrity, we only take on a few projects a month. In an effort to stay on track, we will respond to your inquiries quickly and thoroughly, and we ask the same from you.

We know that our pricing is among the lowest in the industry. We've been doing this for so long, it's become second nature to us. It simply doesn't take us nearly as long to conceptualize, design, and create as it might take others who are not quite as seasoned. And honestly, we just don't feel right about charging top dollar and taking money out of your pocket 'because we can'. We'd rather see you invest that back into your own success.

If you choose to use commercial fonts in your design, you'll be responsible for purchasing the appropriate license(s). All of that will be discussed with you within the project, prior to finalizing your design.
The only other potential fee is for excessive revisions. Because this is a fixed-price agreement, each package comes with a set number of edits. -
Due to our super quick turnaround time, low price-point, and the fact that our work is created expressly for you, we do not offer payment plans. You are, however, welcome use one of the payment plans offered by our third-party payment processors, Stripe or PayPal.

In order to maintain focus and keep our timelines moving, we do not offer discovery calls. Over the years, we've been able to refine our system and strategy down to a science. Every detail has been considered and our intake questionnaire is highly detailed. So, with us, you really don't need a discovery call. And we’re always available through the private client portal or email.
We also prefer written communication because it gives us specifics in your own words that we can refer back to as we work through your project. If you have questions beforehand, feel free to reach out via our contact form. -
We understand the need to keep age-old trade secrets hidden. That’s why we’re fully committed to protecting your privacy. Anything you share with us is used solely for the purpose of completing our work together. We will never share your information, unless required by Law.
